Where to start: I've had a very long history when it comes to penile enhancement. In total, I've had a scrotal webbing, multiple
Girth procedures and one lengthening procedure.
Scrotal Webbing
Only mentioning this to indicate that if you do this, make sure you're doing it correctly. I had mine done from a physician who was regarded as one of the best in the U.S. and I therefore trusted his judgement. However, he did not use the Z plasty method and the webbing has since returned, but worse.
Lengthening Procedure
After having a few
Girth procedures, I wanted to have a lengthening procedure done. At that point in time, everything was great and I should have left things as-is. However, I had it done regardless and the doctor, against my wishes, went through my scrotal sack to do the procedure. This resulted in an almost complete "de-gloving". Due to the prior scrotal webbing procedure, when stitching back up the underside of my penis, there was not enough skin. Afterward, the stitches split and over time, this resulted in a large scar, and worse, significant nerve damage. My dorsal nerve is still intact, but basically I have an almost numbing sensation on my skin where it feels the same way as when your arm is asleep.
Girth Procedure
I explain all this solely as background to discuss my
Girth procedure. I had multiple
Girth procedures done with what I thought at the time was
PMMA. After reading more on this forum and seeing some of the photos, I'm now getting concerned that I was in fact injected with silicone oil. My flacid penis looks similar to those in some of the photos containing silicone oil injections.
That said, however, I had the procedures done over 3 years ago. To this day, I have not had any major complications. Everything works fine, I enjoy my size, etc. There's some discoloration on the surface level of the penis, but that is it. After reading this forum and Dr. C's description of silicone oil as "a ticking timebomb" though, I'm now gravely concerned. So my questions are twofold:
1. How is it possible to determine whether it is silicone oil?
2. What is the process to correct silicone oil injections after this much time as passed?
3. Will that correction result in permanent damage?
Whenever this topic comes up on here, it seems like people get overly side tracked with various other arguments, so I want to be abundantly clear in my messaging: please only respond to this question if you know the actual answer or have seen such procedures done.
