I don't know if describing PDE5's as a "shit option" is particularly accurate. I get they have their downsides and it's frustrating when one has a medical condition that there isn't a simple, one time, cure for. But when you look at all the conditions we can have in life and treatment options for those conditions, taking a pill every now and again, has to be considered a very nice resolution. I take viagra all the time and it doesn't bother me one bit. Let's be honest, it's one of the most frequently abused drugs going. Virtually everyone I know takes it. Once you've tried it, it's tough to go back to having sex without it. In fact, it often leads to men looking for more chemical ways to enhance their sex life. Once you've found one way of "cheating" you start looking for more ways! I get pretty bad sides from it, but still take, though I don't need to. I can have sex without it, it's not like I have bad ED. But a viagra
Erection is just so much better, it's like I'm a 16 year old kid again, looking at photos of Carmen Electra, in FHM.
So, I'm not saying it's ideal, but if you've got a problem that is really bothering you and the Dr says it can be cured by taking a pill every now and again (or daily if you like with
Cialis), then it's got to be considered a pretty damn good result. If I could cure my sciatica with a pill like
Cialis (ironically it makes sciatica worse!) then I'd be delighted.
Pumping and
Cialis combined is a fantastic option. Often guys don't like the thought of pumping, but once they try it, often they become addicted.
@ Johnny1220, I would start with just 2.5 mg of
Cialis daily and try a light pumping regime. Over time build up to 30 mins of pumping per day. That doesn't mean you have to pump for 30 mins per day for the rest of your life. Once you've done it for a month or so, you can drop back and do it less frequently. But at first, I think it's important to stick with it consistently, so that you can see just how effective pumping is and this will give you real confidence and ease your mind.
I promise you if you get a pump and follow this routine for for 6 weeks, along with taking a small dose of
Cialis, then this issue will largely be behind you and you can move on.
Week 1 - Pump at -2-3 hg for 10 mins
Week 2 - Pump at -2-3 hg for 2 sets of 10 mins, with a 2-3 min break between sets
Weeks 3-6 Pump at -2-3 hg for 3 sets of 10 mins, with a 2-3 min break between sets
If you aren't experiencing any sides from the
Cialis and it's not been that effective then you can up the dose to 5mg. With the pumping, if you aren't seeing any change after a month and haven't noticed any negative indicators, such a red dots etc, then you can up the pressure a bit, but I never really think you need to go above -5hg.
