Regardless, the question of the difference between two Morganstern procedures doesn't seem relevant to the debate between PMMA and Ellansé.

Those are Morganstern Rejuvall prices (not Avanti Derma) and I'll see if I can get some clarification or updates in pricing.

I just don't get how the $11.5k will increase 1" length and Girth and $9.8k increases 1-2"

The one that is more expensive also includes Girth enlargement, whereas the one that is less exepsnive is strictly length. The 2" refers to the post-op stretching regimen, implying you could gain more if you follow-up. That's likely true for the more expensive option as well (i.e. the stretching regimen).
