Yes there are clinics that offer it, but the issue is that they can only provide the patent-protected American iteration which some argue has its pros & cons. Firstly, the cost per-cc has traditionally been very high, often restricting the market to small volume applications (like facial work). How much the price has gone up or down as of recent I'm not terribly sure.
The other issue with the American version of PMMA (Bellafill is the brand name) is that it uses a bovine carrier and not a cellulose carrier. The bovine carrier, while not a bad thing, takes much longer to absorb than a cellulose carrier, creating a much longer window of susceptibility when it comes to malformations, nodules, ridges, and other aesthetic irregularities. In other words, you'll be required to do the rigorous massaging of your unit for many weeks rather than a few days.
That said, there have been some experimentation with combining PMMA and Fat (or other carriers) to reduce the overall cost per-cc, while also finding alternative means to encapsulate the filler(s). How effective those methods are remains to be seen, but we do have one Non-Sponsor Advertiser experimenting with some alternative approaches:

If PMMA is specifically what you want, Avanti Derma is unrivaled in both expertise and experience, I can't even cite a "close 2nd" in the Northwestern Hemisphere.
If they claim the carrier isn't bovine (or if the brand isn't owned or patented by Suneva Medical Inc), I'd be very wary of their claims in general. Otherwise, all new and creative (while safe) means to augment the shaft, especially in the non-surgical realm, is welcome.
