TOPIC: New and considering HA from Dr. Mata

Hi all! I've been lurking this forum for quite some time and have finally decided that I think HA is for me. My current girth is only 4 inches and although I want the most gains, I want to be conservative in how much HA I get. I really value having good aesthetic and firm erections. That is why I think I will only be getting 8ml-9ml for the first treatment. And the HA would be Voluma.

Some questions I have are how much girth gain could I expect with 8-9ml?
How long would results last? Could I get a full treatment now and a touch up/maintanence in 6months or so to maintain girth as I want to avoid gradual loss?
How firm does it feel compared to a normal erection?
I am uncut and I am wondering how probable irregularities and the accordion effect are and if getting less HA would help prevent this?

I live in California and have read some good things about Dr. Carlos Mata from Natural Results Plastic Surgery in Scottsdale. Anyone know if he'd be a good guy to see? I've set up a consultation with him for June 1st so I'll definitely post about how he is and how he responds to my questions.

Also just wanted to say thank you to the moderators and all the contributor for producing all this information on a "taboo" topic.. I'm pretty shy about this sort of thing and you all are making me feel so much more comfortable!

Those are all good questions, however, there are unfortunately no good answers. HA is incredibly inconsistent, so it's so hard to give you an idea of what to expect. I actually gained about an Inch from 9 ml of HA. But there have been guys who gained very little for 20 ml. My HA felt so soft that I had to get it dissolved, but other guys have said it felt as firm as their natural erections. My HA lasted about 11 months (there was a bit at the top that didn't get dissolved), but some guys have had it last for over 18 months, while others have seen it greatly diminish within 3-4 months. There are just so many factors at play here that even if you took the average results of all our HA patients, it wouldn't really be worth taking too much notice of in terms of what to expect.

I think you'd be lucky if it lasts much more than a year, but unlucky if it was less than 9 months. It's probably going to end up feeling less firm than your natural penis, but how much less, is anyone's guess. In terms of gains, I'd say you'd be lucky to get 1/2", and to expect closer to 0.3" - 0.4".

Ultimately there is a reason it's not more popular, despite it's relative safety. I've seen some great results (Mato from Spain springs to mind), but more often than not, the collagen generating fillers produce superior results.

I think the reason I really want HA has to do with the fact I want something temporary just to see how it would work out and feel. Lowest amount of ml he does is 6ml so maybe I'll just give that a test run, cuz I can always come back for more.
