He was pretreated with Grotox (Botox for Growers) to lengthen his Flaccid state. His Erect measurements measured around 4.5” and increased to 6 1/4 - 6 1/2”..

How long before do you treat with Grotox before the fillers? Is it done at the same time or days before?

If the client is local, 2 weeks prior to filling. If the client is flying in, it is performed prior to filling with the understanding that the Botox may not kick in until after the 2 weeks of the filler settling in. If we use a higher dose (2-3 vials) of Dysport (a type of Botox), we are seeing a quicker onset.
