Hi Dr Oates!

I have just begun my journey into the PE space after many years being dissatisfied with my flaccid and erect size (particular girth). I am looking at what the best course of action is to increase my size and whether weights and vigorous PE exercises with pumps will interfere with migration of filler (commencing after 1-2 weeks post-second round of injections).

I have had facial fillers before and noticed no migration but did not really touch or play with the area (or engage in contact sports) so intentionally stretching and widening the penile area that contains filler I would think is more of a risk. My questions are as follows:

1. Is there a recommended time after injections when you can (re)commence exercises using PE devices?
2. Do you recommend starting use of PE devices to try and achieve some initial gains in length 6-12 months prior to your first injections (if you are a newbie)?
3. Have you had feedback with any particular brands of traction devices (Phallosan forte & Phallosan plus package costs $700 vs $250 for Andropenis or other devices such as X4 labs, but I cannot see that being sold/shipped to Australia) and penis pump devices (is there much difference between penis pumps (say Vacurect OTC10 for $320 vs pharmacy ones such as LuvPump which is $40)? Note: I have no issues with cost but I want to know what the best ones are and whether there is any real difference.
4. I notice you do a variety of other procedures, are there any specialist injectors or key opinion leaders/experts who just do penile related treatments and therapies?

I am from Sydney and have looked at a variety of different websites and salons and I believe you are the most well regarded, I did not a Dr Wall on the boards as well but there is not much more history, again given the part of the body I want to make sure I get this right!

One last question!

5) I am very impressed with the size increases in your before and afters on the website, I did think there may be some turtling in some of the photos but that could also be put down to swelling and the unique features of the subject penis that pre-existed the injections (whether some were particularly wide around the base circumference or towards the glans and the injections increased the size all over so those features become noticeable). However when erect does the filler become more uniform along the shaft? I was looking at some older posts and noticed one ideal penis shape and while it's difficult to tell what the erect shape will be with flaccid befores and afters I am hoping to achieve something like this (which looks like my current penis except fuller and a bit longer of course). Here is 'Steezy' after the collagen peptides which seem to work wonders: phalloboards.websitetoolbox.com/post/my-...y-10120904?&trail=15 to me this is close to the ideal.

A few details about myself, I am 33 years old, 75kg, 180cm, circumsized/cut

My measurements are a follows:

Flaccid:
Length base to tip: 10.0cm (3.93")
Girth widest point of circumference: 6.5cm (2.55")

Erect:
Length base to tip: 16.2cm (6.37")
Girth widest point of circumference: 9.8cm (3.85")

I am hoping to achieve in the next 12-24 months (through injections and exercise)

Flaccid:
Length base to tip: 15.0cm (5.9")
Girth widest point of circumference: 10cm (3.93")

Erect:
Length base to tip: 19cm (7.48")
Girth widest point of circumference: 15cm (5.9")

I understand that injections will increase the girth (and I have seen after two rounds some increase 3.5cm-4cm) and perhaps a minor amount of length (maybe 1cm to both flaccid and erect size).

I am hoping through PE I will be able to achieve the other 2cm for length and that through a top-up after further exercises that extra 1-1.5cm to reach that 15cm goal.

PE traction devices/pumps, before or after fillers? 3 weeks 6 days ago #1308705160

Hi Dr Oates!
[ Sorry it has taken so long to get back on the forum

I have just begun my journey into the PE space after many years being dissatisfied with my flaccid and erect size (particular girth). I am looking at what the best course of action is to increase my size and whether weights and vigorous PE exercises with pumps will interfere with migration of filler (commencing after 1-2 weeks post-second round of injections).

Maybe a couple of weeks
2. Do you recommend starting use of PE devices to try and achieve some initial gains in length 6-12 months prior to your first injections (if you are a newbie)?
I recommend going to www.thundersplace.org plenty of info on stretching, yes it is a good idea
I dont have any particular preference. Time using may be the main factor - so comfort. Next year I will be releasing my own pump with a difference!
4. I notice you do a variety of other procedures, are there any specialist injectors or key opinion leaders/experts who just do penile related treatments and therapies?
Dr C in Mexico is the main man! But not in Australia

Yes, that is the kind of shape we work towards. But dont get too hung up ion ideal. Be happy with better!

PE traction devices/pumps, before or after fillers? 3 weeks 5 days ago #1308705167

Hi @Alex87 , may I chime in cause I read your post and I have a question: I read that your current girth is : Girth widest point of circumference: 9.8cm (3.85")
and your goal is: Girth widest point of circumference: 15cm (5.9").

I don't mean to be a wet blanket, but 2 full inches gain in erect girth sound a bit extreme to me.
I've always read that we should set realistic expectations, and that it's always better to use max 15 ml of HA at a time, to avoid complications, while the volume you're aiming for should require at least 45 ml, if it's enough. Even splitted in 3 or more rounds it's a lot of filler!
Don't you think it's gonna be too much of a layer? And you should consider your glans size if you wish to have an aestitically pleasant and proportioned result.
Bear in mind also that not all women will be happy to deal with such girth in the real world... ;-)
Just my thoughts.

Hi @tiritera

Correct my girth is 9.8cm, and I am extremely dissatisfied, there have been various studies funded by prophylactic companies that indicate most girth ranges between 11cm and 13cm so under 9.8cm it is very noticeable. My goal is just under 15cm as my eventual length will be 19-20cm but you are perhaps correct that a more suitable goal would be 13.5cm which would still mean gaining over 3.5cm (a tall, or wide, ask in girth).

Having a longer erect penis (now 17.1 cm after daily 2x15 minute pump sessions but even at 16.2 cm before) I found that women could not feel my penis around the vulval walls, there is little to no friction during sex and even experimenting with various angles I find it hard to give and have pleasurable P-V sex with my current girth. They could definitely feel it though 'poke' the 'back' of their vagina when thrust in deep.

I have had an average amount of sexual partners for a heterosexual male my age but I have noticed that no sexual partner I have ever had has reported sexual satisfaction with my performance with my penis (even when I was in relationships, I have never been 'hit up' for sex or had a woman call me for a booty call or because she was in the mood).

But this is not merely about sex, or women etc. but more about the way I feel about it myself, I feel with my routines of pumping and stretching my penis could grow to 19+cm (another 2cm in length) this would make it even more unpleasurable and make my lack of girth more noticeable to me. I have only had a .1cm gain in girth which is within the standard of error over the last two months but unless you have fillers it is very difficult to add girth using even bath pump methods.

I also report that I purchased a Luvpump and a bathmate, the bathmate is superior but it is still a plastic product and after about 10 sessions no longer consistently delivered solid pumps, the Luvpump (which is your standard pump) I found yielded similar results (lasting strong only about 10-15 sessions) before I noticed a definite loss in vacuum.

I will try the Phallosan when I have more budget and also maybe when Dr Oates brings out his one I will try that as well. I will also get into the stretching techniques, I have been a bit hesitant because of reports of how easy it is to cause permanent damage via stretching techniques (while the discomfort is immediately noticeable to me at least with the vacuum/pump methods because the stretching takes hours each day it is more a dull ache and I am concern it will mean I will be less likely to detect changes).

I also don't want to stretch until I have some girth gains for the reasons mentioned before and I am already noticing gains in length pumping so stretching I don't think will help.

Also I have given the glans question deep consideration but it is a sacrifice I will have to make (not being able to perhaps use my glans as a stimulating head of a dick to move around the clit because it will be engorged with filler or girth gains) I would much rather a partner feel the outer layers and for my own sense of self have the more meaty seeming wider dick than having a prominent sensitive glans I could use as a play tool, I much prefer mechanical friction based sex play than anything else and for my own sense of self am sick of having a skinny, pencil cock

PE traction devices/pumps, before or after fillers? 3 weeks 4 days ago #1308705187

HI @alex87 ,
I completely understand your point of view, and being average girth myself, I agree with you that girth is much more important than lenght, an area where you're already above average sized.
I don't really think you need to be more than 17,5 or 18cm long to please every woman in different positions, so if I was you I would concentrate on girth enhancement, and luckily you do have one of the best options.
If you live in Sidney and have the chance to meet dr. Oates, that will be easily your best choice, unfortunately I live in Europe, otherwise I would have been already one of his patients.
My only concern was to suggest you to take it easy with size goals, and build it up gradually planning 2 or 3 procedures, to achieve the best possible results, and setting a realistic expectation.
You're right, at 13,5 you'll be well above average in girth too, it's the perfect size for all woman, a huge difference from your starting point, and it's a more reasonable goal than 15.
Don't know if pumps and extenders can help you grow girth permanently, and even if it can happen, it's a matter of years, so HA fillers sounds like the perfect choice to me.
Wish you best of luck and keep us updated on your journey
