Megafill is a filler based on micronized allogenic dermal matrix, currently registered and primarily available in South Korea under KFDA approval. To date, it has not been registered or promoted in Mexico, and it is unlikely to become available in the near future. The main concerns limiting its introduction include its relatively high cost and the modest duration of its effects.

Do you think that Megafill is as viable as PMMA? And do you think the longevity is similar to PMMA?
