Nobody should inject in the ventral face of the shaft of the penis, where the urethra runs.
Even though the urethra has a tunica albuginea, it is thinner and softer than the strong and thick tunica albuginea around the corpora cavernosa that helps contain the pressure from fillers in the surrounding tissues.
The presence of soft tissue fillers and bulk created by the new collagen may obstruct the urethra, difficulting urination and/or ejaculation.
