Hello Doctors, I appreciate your taking time to respond here. I am very concerned about ending up with lumps, nodules, granulomas, or irregular shapes. As I understand it, more serious complication risks are extremely low and I'm comfortable with that, but it seems these other issues the risk is very high.

My first question is, between Ellanse and PMMA, do you believe they have the same risk of these issues, or is one lower risk than the other? If so, how significant would you say these risks are?

Secondly, what is the best option to minimize these risks? I am hoping to gain one Inch from my current Girth of 5.25". My Erect length is 6.5"

I have read some suggestions here of getting 3 or 4 rounds at 10% rather than 2 rounds at 20% or 30%, would this be safer? Or is it better to have fewer sessions even if it's a higher %?

Overall currently my tendency is to think that maybe I should not have either of these procedures done, if it is very important to me that I have a natural looking and feeling penis.

If I reduced my goal down to a .5" increase, how significantly would this reduce these risks?

I would say that probably my tolerance is not above 3%. So if the risk that my penis will have bumps or lumps that are obvious either visually or to the touch is above 3% I think I that is not a risk I would be willing to take.

Hello @jacknimble ,
My apologies for such a late response... I just realized that we haven't been monitoring this section of the forum.
An increase of one inch is the limit when circumcised patients are sensitive to irregularities.
More than one inch, independently from the length of the patient and the choice of filler, is an open door for imperfections.
Your tolerance of 3% puts you in the group of overly worried prospects, and I do not recommend this procedure to you; 3% is next to perfection; even though non-surgical phalloplasty has revolutionized the field, there is no perfect implant for the penis.
If you were let's say, in the range of 20-25%, I will still recommend an absorbable product for you (Ellansé®), and a realistic goal of a maximum 0.5-inch increase.

A. Can scabies treatment (cream) result in irregularities ?
(many years after PMMA session)

In the most of that anti-scabies-creams is hydrocortisone cream, right? When hydrocortisone cream can help in case of lumps/hard areas in PMMA - this also means that an anti-scabies cream (in which maybe is hydrocortisone) can result in a volume loss of PMMA / irregularities?

B. Can result daily use of normal body cream / body lotion what everyone is using result in irregularities?
(many years after PMMA session)

In this forum are so many advices of creams etc. what can help against lumps/ hard areas in PMMA? Hydrocortisone, Dmso, iodine ………
For my understanding: When it helps against hard PMMA lumps - it also reduces PMMA volume in general? I got very scared in the meantime „what comes on my Dick“ in general haha.

Hello @PmmaFan
I am sorry that I do not understand your question(s)... are you talking about scabies (the infestation of the skin by the itch mite) or something else?
Is it possible that you're talking about scabs, where cortisone can have some benefit?
Either way, topical products won't affect the evolution of PMMA.

@Avanti_Derma

- Yes, I m talking about scabies the infestation of the skin by the itch mite

- I heard that many treatment creams against the itch mite contain also hydrocortisone

Since I read here in the forum that hydrocortisone cream (and also Dmso) can decrease cases of small lumps / overreactions of pmma - I was wondering if a cream against the itch mite can reduce the Volume of Pmma.

Nice to hear from you Dr. C. I hope you are doing very well and I wish you every success with your book.
I m still very happy with the Pmma. Thank you for all : )
